PVC is an extremely versatile thermoplastic, offering a multitude of design possibilities and characterized by easy processing capabilities. Doeflex-Vitapol’s extensive range of PVC compounds includes a comprehensive list of rigid and flexible grades designed for use in such diverse markets as building products, windows, medical, vinyl record, bottles, cables and footwear moulding.

We work continuously with suppliers and technical institutions to ensure we are at the very forefront of material and processing technology, offering our customers an advanced level of technical know-how and support. We supply grades with enhanced high or low temperature properties, chemical resistance, flame retardancy and speciality finishes such as high gloss, matt, textured, frosted and metallic. Our focus on technical innovation led us to develop high performance PVC / Nitrile blends which are more resilient than the pure PVC. The nitrile rubber content aids recovery when compressed or flexed and also improves resistance to oils.

We are particularly proud of our Timbercel® range of wood composite PVC, which offers the efficient processability of plastic with the characteristics of wood.
